Nice clean rooms, good location for walking to theatre district, nice bistro.
The street feels a little unsafe as I was travelling alone. Most of the staff were super friendly and helpful, except in the bistro. They weren't rude, just not as friendly as the rest of the staff.

An exceptionally busy and well established hotel in Times Square. It moved like a well oiled machine, the staff were exceptional and our room was perfect for our needs with very comfortable beds. If you want to be in the middle of NYC hustle and bustle, I would recommend.

Ac definitely worked very well and so did the heater. Very convenient location and room was peaceful and quiet with a beautiful view.

I really enjoyed my stay at Sheraton. The staff was so friendly and helpful! The bed was more comfortable than my own and the view from my room was amazing. I did not realize there was a local usage tax of $40 per night for stays in Manhattan, but Sheraton made up for that with $35 a night voucher ...
